Accessibility Statement

We want everyone to be able to use this website. We design it to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. If something does not work for you, tell us through our contact form and we will fix it or get you the information another way.

[VERIFY] The sitemap names WCAG 2.1 AA. Brand Standards v3.2 and this statement use WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

What We Test

A person completes a keyboard pass and a screen-reader pass before launch and after major changes. Every pull request also runs automated WCAG 2.2 AA checks in a browser at 390 and 1440 pixel widths. Mulholland does not add an accessibility overlay.

Known Limitations

• The manual audit is not complete. The status is recorded in the audit notes.
• The contact form validates a message and then stops. It does not send the message.
• Facts that are not confirmed stay marked on the page, including [VERIFY] and [NEEDS SOURCE].
• Automated checks do not judge every WCAG 2.2 criterion. Focus while scrolling, and a full screen-reader pass, stay on the manual list.
